| Is anyone else tired of getting the run around from Ash? He wasn't very happy about the post I made earlier stating why the next person that he cons into working for him will quit. Rather than reply on the forums, he decided would text me his rants so that you all couldn't see them. I'm tired of hearing the same things over and over with no results. Recently finding out that he is still to this day driving a knife into my back, now it's time for me to return the favor. For a total of three years now, this man has owed me a pretty large chunk of change considering I came up with it after working for him for one entire year completely free of charge with that promise that I was: A) Going to receive a portion of the company which I obviously do not have B) Would get a larger percentage than what I gave him which he denied me because in his eyes I didn't keep up my end of the deal. Funny thing about that is deal was that I would take the money and buy a 350Z for the shop to do R&D with. How on earth was I supposed to buy a car (with money that was supposed to be refunded from the first Z I had and sold on his behalf along with a second job I was working at the time to support myself and pay his security deposit on the shop he now rents) when I was never given the money to do so. At any rate, I've been told for 3 years now that the money I gave him would be repaid because he has "some things in the works." Time and time again I see the money going in and out of the shop, I watch him go on numerous dates with random women since his split with his wife, buy numerous parts for his toy jets and his car, build computers, go on vacations... blah blah blah the list goes on. The worst part is every time he spends money on something that was definitely not a need but rather a want, he feels the need to tell me about it like I'm not supposed to get upset that I just made a $700 sale for him and let him keep the money because he was "barely scraping by" only to find out a week later that he had used the money to buy him and his date VIP tickets to Ron White in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I'm tired of the lies and blatant slaps to the face when customers send me typed conversations where Ash has told them that he "had to let me go because I wasn't doing my job" and that things have "been much better since I left." There is still a balance of $3800 left to be paid. This is about half of two amounts that were given on two separate occasions both which were promised to be paid back within 30 days. After seeing how most people get results (since waiting good faith obviously doesn't work) I feel there is no option left but to take advantage of the fact that a non-disclosure was never signed. My patience has come, gone, come again, and is now nowhere to be found.
